After your initial evaluation, these visits focus on progressing your personalized plan — whether that means refining exercises, adjusting manual therapy techniques, advancing vestibular or balance work, or supporting ongoing pain management.
We’ll check in on your progress, celebrate wins, and make evidence-based tweaks to keep you on track toward your goals. A 45 minute follow up is the perfect choice if you have had a flare up or new symptoms to discuss. It gives us plenty of time to reassess, coach proper technique, and answer questions so you feel confident in every step of recovery.
Whether you’re rebuilding strength, calming a cranky nervous system, or mastering new balance skills, these sessions are your space to stay supported, accountable, and inspired.
Telehealth Visit
Stay on track with your goals — no commute required! Our telehealth visits bring expert guidance straight to you through a secure video platform. Telehealth visits are a great fit if you’re traveling, have a tight schedule, or simply prefer the comfort of home. You’ll get the same attentive care, clear instruction, and evidence-based progressions you’d expect in-clinic — all while saving time and staying consistent with your plan. These sessions are perfect for:
- Checking in on your progress with your gym or home exercise program
- Advancing or modifying exercises as your strength, balance, or flexibility improve
- Learning safe, effective self-treatment strategies
- Receiving personalized wellness coaching and accountability

Dry Needling
A physical therapy initial evaluation ($225) is required prior to using this appointment type. During the evaluation, your therapist will review your medical history, current medications, and past conditions, assess the involved body systems, and confirm your diagnosis. This thorough assessment ensures that dry needling is both appropriate and safe for your individual needs. This appointment is reserved for individuals who no longer require physical therapy services, but are established patients at Transcend Rehab & Wellness and need ongoing maintenance of soft tissue tightness and pain.
All dry needling sessions at Transcend Rehab & Wellness are provided by licensed physical therapists with advanced training in the safety, science, and clinical application of this technique.
3 mo. Morning Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursdays • 6–7 AM • 3-Month Program
Start your day with a calm mind, improved ease, and renewed energy. Morning Yoga is designed to support your wellness or healing journey with an uplifting, all-levels practice. Each 45-minute session includes oversight by your PT to calibrate the pose for your particular needs, mindful breathing, and focused stretches to wake up your body, clear your mind, and set an intentional tone for the day ahead.
Whether you’re seeking better balance, stress relief, improved flexibility, or a mindful boost for recovery, these early-morning classes offer a supportive space to cultivate resilience—inside and out. Join our small, welcoming group twice a week and feel the difference that consistent, purposeful movement makes in your week (and your life).
